Loss of Format & Inking w/ Letters Attached to Pt Docs
Our practice workflow necessitated the use of our own forms with ECW merge fields in MS WORD (.doc format)& running letters to facilitate all this. Bug appeared when trying to add completed(typed on, inked on) & saved letter to patient documents (Patient’s chart). The letter attaches, but is missing all formatting, typed in text, and inking. Development has been working on this since we went live 6/09. Any input to them or us would be valuable. Thank you!
