Hello,
4) a system of alert when the requested consult is not back, preferably not
patient specific ,but practice specific ( like I can get all my delinquent
labs)
5) Some way of linking the consult that comes back, usually paper , with the
outgoing request ( at the scanning time) to close out the loop.

This is a very good idea if we can flush out ideas like this before
programmers spend time on it .
