AWV report

I am looking to run a report for all Medicare patients who have not had any of the AWV codes: G0402, G0438 & G0439 in the last 12 months. When I follow the “live chat” rep’s instruction, I received a listing of patient names, but some of them did have one of these services done in the specified time frame. Eventually, the rep stated that they cannot pull this info for a report. I thought I would check here first before I put in a ticket.

Mass inactive patients possible?

Hello all!

I ran the registry and have over 500+ patients that are no longer with the practice. I’m looking to mass inactive them, instead of going through each of them individually. Thank you very much and have a great day!

Registry slowing down eCW…

We have heard mention in our clinic that using the registry drastically slows down eCW and impacts our clinic. Does anyone else have a problem with this? We heard the same thing about eBO…..

Patient Merge Records

Is there a report, or log of some sort, within the eCW application that shows whether or not patient records have been merged?

Multiple Registries

We love the registry, we add all patients who need something special such as diabetics and hypertensives to the registry and conduct pre-visit planning based on whomever is yellow with the little “R” on the office visit screen. Our pre-visit planning protocals have gotten more complex and we were thinking it would be great to have a separate registry for asthma, depression, etc. That way we could have several colors on the office visit screen, all linked to different pre-visit planning and standing orders. Does anyone know a way to accomplish this?
