Is there a report I can generate that sees how much of patient balances due at time of visit were not collected by my front desk staff during any given month. This is unique from just a patient overall balance report since the balance may have not been there at the time the patient appointment. I want to give my front desk employee a report so they can see what they are not collecting. Almost like a front desk cashier employee performance audit.

Anyone know how I can generate an EBO report that show productivity, specfically number of telephone encounters performed by our providers last month? In otherwords, report that see how many times modifier 93 was used in combination with 99213 or 99214. My attempt at ECW chat was not helpful stating there is no way to run a modifier based report.

Looking to see if there is a canned EBO report that can show cost in relation to CPT codes. Ideally would want to show Date/Provider/Patient/CPT Code/Billed Charges/Cost/Payments. Since we have the option in CPT codes to list our cost, I figured there has to be a report somewhere to show it. Appreciate any direction.

EBO Canned Report 13.07 Visit Count

Looking for a work around to be able to capture Resource Provider, visit type count, visit status count while 13.07 canned report remains broken. The engineer on our case advised they have fixed the issue in a higher EBO package, but no release date ETA. Need to try to find a way to capture the above while we wait and would love suggestions anyone may have. Thanks!

Has anyone come across having the EBO package loosing all custom reports/folders recently? Our EBO package, once selected, was missing all our folders within it. We saved a copy of our customized reports as a backup so we were able to recover, but just looking for any insight to help avoid this in the future. It looks as if the package itself may have been reloaded/updated possibly.

AUDITING privacy monitoring tools used with eCW

Anyone using a more basic privacy monitoring tool with eCW? We have Iatric, and with nextgen it was worth needing a more Robust product because NGen’s audit logs were extensive down to details of the before and after things were tracked at (ie: modified ‘lab priority’ from high to low or ‘viewed emergency contact’. eCW lacks so much auditing to the point we could go back to manual audits because touches to charts by staff are so vague it wouldn’t hold up in court at all… wondering if there is a cheaper product that is more basic. Iatric is wonderful, but it can only be as good as the application it’s mapped to track and we can barely use much of it now.

Does anyone know of an EBO report (or some other method) of pulling a list of commonly ordered labs? We are working on a Meditech->eCW lab interface and I want to be sure that I thoroughly test labs that our clinics order frequently.
Thanks!
