]]>Curious if anyone here has upgraded to latest eCW version and experienced issue with jira id PE-139076.
‘For practices that are connected to Lab Hub to receive results, if there are unsupported special characters present in the result file sent by the Vendor, these results are failed on the Lab Hub and not routed to the EMR system. Customers are advised to review their L jellybean for their outstanding orders and if they are missing any results, customers are advised to reach out to the Vendor to ensure that they are sending UTF-8 character encoding and open a support case with ECW for any additional assistance.’

eCW applied platform maintenance(patch) Monday night which in turn broke SFTP connectivity somewhere in eCW data center, Tuesday nights patch to fix Monday’s buggy maintenance patch went nowhere. Just curious if this issue is affecting others, and if so what have you been told.
