Has anyone explored using a AI receptionist like Sully AI to augment receptionist services. Take calls, possibly prepare refills requests, and take simple phone messages. Better then just a voicemail feature, at least the experience on the patients side should be better than “dumb” VM. I specifically mention Sully because Gemini says that they potentially integrate into ECW.

In addition to what I do here, i have been a pastor for the last five years in a non-compensated position but with all the responsibilities of my other four fellow pastors. Our church has decided to bring me on as a fully supported pastor as of 2/1.

From v7 to the as yet uninstalled upgrade of v12, we’ve seen a lot here over the years. Probably too much. lolol

I know eCW has an AI faxing feature (already explored that option), but does anyone have an automated faxing 3rd party that could integrate with eCW? We get many faxes that have multiple patients in one fax and we are looking for a service that can pull out different patients data from one large fax and file it directly (and accurately) into patient documents.
