Hospitality Suite: 2452 (this is by the Dessert Suite Conference Rooms; it’s a long, long hallway f\Follow the signs for the Desert Conference/Hospital suites; it is on the Lobby level and LEFT of the lobby.  Once in the hallway, you will go past the Desert Conference suites, and around to the hallway – the room (2452) is at the end of the hallway and on the left hand side.

Sunday, 6:30pm to 8:00pm

eCW has graciously decided to provide wine, beer, sodas and light snacks.
