I always try to make a special point to meet up with anyone from the forum during our Users Conference, it’s nice to be able to put faces to names if I haven’t met you before - and to see old friends as well.

Hospitality Suite: 2452 (this is by the Dessert Suite Conference Rooms; it’s a long, long hallway f\Follow the signs for the Desert Conference/Hospital suites; it is on the Lobby level and LEFT of the lobby.  Once in the hallway, you will go past the Desert Conference suites, and around to the hallway – the room (2452) is at the end of the hallway and on the left hand side.

Sunday, 6:30pm to 8:00pm

An announcement went out today that the Registration site is now up; there is also a section with the Schedule at a Glance of events that will give you more of an idea about times for the conference.

More details on specific sessions to come later as well.

Just a friendly reminder that the Early Bird Registration Discount ($600) per attendee ends in eight days; on Friday, July 29th.  If you are planning on taking advantage of the EB discount, don’t forget!

If so, have you considered submitting a Call for Presentation?  This forum has always been a great source for users helping users, maybe YOU have something that you could share this year as well.  It’s a great way to connect with clients from around the country, and to show off your expertise and knowledge. 

Call for Presentations deadline is quickly approaching - submit yours soon!
