Enterprise Directory for Occupational Health Records

My practice is currently working on implementing Enterprise Directory (“Patient Partition”) to completely separate our employee health records from their patient records. During eCW’s discovery phase, they told us that our HIE will not work with Enterprise Directory. I’m having a hard time believing that this is true. Before we consider other options, I’m hoping someone can answer the following:
Do any of you currently use Enterprise Directory (“Patient Partition”) for employee occupational health records? If not, what do you currently use?
Does anyone currently have a functioning HIE with any of the Enterprise Directory options?

Does anyone use the Diabetes Risk Assessment Smart form? If so- How? Does the nurse or provider do it? When? On what population? We have a CHT team that could do this but not sure how to nail down the who and when.

eCW Reports

Hello Everyone,

I am new to eCW and have been tasked with pulling reports that are currently not in eCW.
In reviewing the videos I have managed to create a report, but it still does not entail what my
practice manager would like to see.
Does anyone have an idea of how much it would cost to have eCW create a report?

I am trying to use eClinical easily to get a net collection %. eClinical HelpDesk does not understand the difference between contractual writeoffs like a CO45 associated with allowable fee schedules and a code for a denial due to a missing referral or timely filing denials. - money we should have collected but did not.

1) Is anyone using the 375.02 Denial Report successfully?
2) Anyone successfully figuring out net collection percentage?
