Organizing or Optimizing Facilities List

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone could share their experiences with having to clean up and organize their facilities list in eCW. The practice only has around 10 clinic locations and we have them added as a facility in eCW. However, due to our referrals and Transition Care Management module requiring to add a facility, we ended up having to add various other facilities in the base facility list we have.

I was thinking of putting a number at the beginning of the clinic facilities of the practice to force them to the top of the list, e.g.
01 SAN DIEGO CLINIC; 02 LA JOLLA CLINIC; 03 NATIONAL CITY CLINIC. But I wanted to check in if anyone could provide tips in cleaning up a facility to minimize any disruption in usual processes like data exchange, messenger campaigns, etc.

Change fax number for a pharmacy?

Hey there,

Not sure if this is the right forum but one of the few local pharmacies has a different fax number from the one that automatically loads (I think from surescripts/NCPDP). Is there a way to edit that fax for the pharmacy? None of our faxed Rx are going through.

Also is there a way to hide specific drug entries from providers? They keep selecting drugs that dont allow them to send electronically.

Copy “text” from pdf into eCW

My Medical Director would like the ability to copy “text” from a pdf document and paste it into eCW. For example, copy the interpretation from radiologist into a note in eCW vs. retyping. We currently use Adobe Reader DC….

Move patients from resource to provider in bulk

Howdy folks, I have a issue that is probably easy to fix, but I don’t know how to do it. I need to move patient in bulk either day by day, week by week, or in totality from a resource in our group to a doc in our office. It’s hard to find thigs on ECW University and I’m not sure if the HelpHub is even kept up to date any longer.
We are on Chrome version V11.52.75.6

Hello, I’m having trouble seeing other user’s D Jellies. eCW is only letting me see my own. I have the newest version of the Plug-in installed. Is this a settings issue?

Item Key Listing

Here is a list of the Item Keys that are documented in the version 8.0.47.xx User Guides:

OK, so I can’t copy and paste that in here - way more than the 6000 character limit… So I’ll attach a two page PDF

They only document 85 or so Item Keys in the Users Guides, but a quick search of the Forum here shows there are many more. I would guess that eCW has not offered a definitive document detailing all of the Item Keys because they probably do not have one.

Anyway, this is a start….
