      <title>Unable to use to eMobile App</title>

        <p>Hello all,</p>

<p>We are experiencing a unique issue where a provider is using her correct credentials, signing in to the emobile app and as soon as she clicks &#8220;done&#8221; on her phone keyboard the app immediately shuts down.</p>

<p>We are working on an iphone, update the ios, we have tried dis-enabling the emobile account, deleting and redownloading the app, etc. Has anyone experienced anything like this or have suggestions on what to try? </p>

        <p>Something changed with the Mobile App.<br />
We us the mobile app for our out of office visits/Professional billing for our providers.</p>

<p>The mobile application used to remember the last location used for billing.<br />
Now it takes whatever is the location for the provider on their provider profile in ECW?</p>

<p>It is extra work for the provider to continuously keep changing the location.</p>

<p>ECW replied to us saying its an enhancement request?</p>

<p>Has anyone else experienced this change?</p>

        <p>We have been having an ongoing issue with the mobile app constantly getting locked.<br />
Support claims they fix the issue and we get locked out when trying to log in after a password reset.&nbsp; Occurs over and over again.</p>

<p>Anyone else having this issue?&nbsp; Maybe someone from the eCW team monitoring the forum can look into this.<br />

        <p>Morning,<br />
&nbsp; I&#8217;m getting mixed information on how dictation works with eClinicalMobile.&nbsp; We have 1 provider currently working to trial this but we&#8217;re hitting road blocks.</p>

<p>Do we need another app to dictate on an iPhone with eClinicalMobile? or does it just use the phones microphone?</p>

        <p>I have unsuccessfully tried to get help with this error. I can dictate into the correct field using the app on my Samsung S9 but when I select the scribe button to sync into the patient&#8217;s file, I get an Error 10000. Has anyone had experience with this issue or had a resolution. We have strong wifi signal here. Help is appreciated!

        <p>We are using eClinicalMobile and one provider is not able to use it to dictate within our clinic, but at home she has no difficulties.&nbsp; I assume it&#8217;s because our internet in the office is so bad&#8230;but I&#8217;m not sure.&nbsp; Does anyone have any thoughts on settings?&nbsp; She&#8217;s using a Galaxy Samsung

        <p>Hello&#8212;</p>

<p>It would be nice to have the ability to &#8220;Review &amp; Lock&#8221; PA notes from the mobile app.&nbsp; Currently, I can only lock them, then have to go back to the normal EMR app to click &#8220;OK&#8221; for the note to be &#8220;Addressed&#8221;.&nbsp; It seems like a minor tweak to give us this ability and would make life much more convenient.&nbsp; Consideration would be appreciated.&nbsp; <br />
