Patient Document folder limit
There is an arbitrary limit to the number of folders in Patient Documents. That number is 93. Once exceeded the patient documents part of the software throws lots of pop up errors and becomes inaccessible.
The only fix is to manually open the database, enter the ‘documentfolders’ table and mark one folder as ‘deleted’.
Our practice obtains many different paper documents for clients and they require specialized folders. We have been hamstrung by this bug for 2-years.
A fix for this bug was promised in v10.
It is not fixed.
