Many, many users reporting freezes, errors on V9
Something happening here that sounds like a v9 bug, tickets are pouring in and not one fix was reported in the forum thread. Provider is ready to leave ecw. This must be known to ecw and something should be communicated to us users.
We are having more issues with Version 9.0 (09202011-31) and with our recent patch to get us to -31 version. I am submitting error tickets nearly every day. Would love any input as well
Some of our groups have been experiencing notable slowness and system freezes since V9 upgrade. We are told to have Fiddler installed, and for groups to record detailed logs for each slowness/freeze issue (what computer, time of day, what else was running at same time, etc) which can be time-consuming for the offices. I'm interested in hearing other experiences on this issue.
Per eCW support upgrading to version 9.0.44 will solve this issue... we are planning the upgrade and will see if that is true
