In getting ready for our trainer to come onsite tomorrow I found that macros work wonderfully everywhere except the treatment section. 

I put in a ticket and the tech said it is an actual bug in the system.

I made a template with some of the macros I use most often and will simply merge them with my other notes until this gets fixed
