Immunizations Printing Dates in Reverse order

The Immunization Form that we have prints off the dates in reverse order (most recent to oldest). For example, our template has DTAP1, DTAP2, DTAP3. When it prints, it assigns the most current vaccination to DTAP1 and the oldest to DTAP3 when it should be the reverse. This was not an issue with v8.
Same thing happens with our system. It took me about 2 months to get the form fixed with a support call and now the dates are reversed. I haven't relogged a call because I had to remap after the first call and am not looking forward to repeating this.
