FCKeditorAPI is undefined and An exception occurred while saving InsOrder

Two windows pop up (one after another) while users are viewing claims. Users report this error only in the afternoons. Multiple users in the billing office report this error.

First error is a Script Error popup that reads:

“An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Char: 3
Error: ‘FCKeditorAPI’ is undefined
Code: 0

Second error is an eClinicalWorks popup window that reads:

“An exception occurred while saving InsOrder.
Err: -2147352319 Automation error

After clicking “Yes” on the first popup and “OK” on the second popup, the claim window immediately closes. Sometimes the entire program closes.

Users report similar errors when posting a payment.

We are having difficulty determining how severe this error is since we do not know what data (if any) has been compromised.
