eCW and Clinitek Status

We have been with eCW since Feb 2006. When we switched to SAAS on November 29th 2010, we lost connectivity with our Clinitek Status urine analyzer, as well as our reference labs. To date, January 19 2011, eCW still has not been able to fix the problem. The data comes across to eCW just fine, but eCW won’t save it. Anyone else seen this issue? Anyone else using a Clinitek analyzer with eCW on SAAS?
